- 200g Oceano Tuna Loin Portion
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce

- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)

Instruction
- In a small bowl, combine light soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, ginger, and spring onion. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a small, non-stick frying pan over high heat. Sear the tuna on all sides - it should only need around 30 seconds per side.

plate, top with the sauce, and sprinkle with paprika powder for garnish.
