Ingredients

  • 200g Oceano Tuna Loin Portion
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 small spring onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil (vegetable/sunflower)

Instruction

  1. In a small bowl, combine light soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, ginger, and spring onion. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a small, non-stick frying pan over high heat. Sear the tuna on all sides - it should only need around 30 seconds per side.
  3. Transfer the tuna to a chopping board and let it cool for a few minutes. Using a very sharp knife, slice it against the grain into 1/2 cm-thick pieces. Arrange on a
plate, top with the sauce, and sprinkle with paprika powder for garnish.
